Michael Pozzan Proudly Presents Dante
$10.99 – Buy 5 bottles and get the 6th for $1.00
Introducing your new favorite among affordable wines: (and ours, too!)
Wine maker Michael Pozzan has wine roots that trace back to the late 1800’s in Piedmonte, Italy where his great grandfather first planted vines. Michael grew up spending his summers at his grandparent’s vineyard and it is the foundation from which his passions spawned. Following family traditions of three generations, Michael Pozzan’s award-winning wines are a stylish collection of lush reds and crisp, flavorful whites. They are the perfect compliment to a variety of foods, and they’re priced to enjoy every day. The Dante Wine Collection was inspired by Michael’s travels through the Tuscan countryside and is named after Michael’s eldest son, Michael Dante Pozzan. The collection includes a Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay.
Layered with flavors of Fuji apples and vanilla bean, the Chardonnay has a restrained amount of oak, making it a crowd favorite. Still crisp and clean, the oak helps to highlight but not overpower.
The Pinot Noir is lovely. It shows a round and layered palate, with candied cherry and lightly roasted coffee, Tahitian vanilla bean and a delicate oak framework.
With bright notes of red plum and Bing cherry, the Merlot is meant to be abundant in flavor with a light structure. This is a fruit forward and easy drinking wine.
The Cabernet can easily become your everyday drinking wine. It carries a lot of depth and complexity that few wines at this price point show. The tannins are firm, and the extra-long finish begs you to go back for another sip.
The Dante wines will be featured all of September and October, and of course we have quite the deal. Normally priced at $12.99, all Dante varietals will be on sale for $10.99. If you needed one more reason to try them all, here it is: Buy any 5 bottles of Dante and get the 6th for just $1!
