Andrew Murray Everyday Syrah

The Syrah Tous Les Jours is a quintessential Santa Ynez Valley Syrah. It is simultaneously Bold and Balanced, Rich and Smooth, Fruit Forward and Earthy. It is impossibly dark and full-bodied, without ever going over the top. It is heavily inspired by Northern Rhone Syrah (Hermitage) and Australian Shiraz (Barossa Valley).  The aromas and flavors are dominated by black cherry,  raspberry, white pepper, forest floor and toasty oak. It is absolutely unique and special expression of Syrah. Moreover, It is a style that one can enjoy every day!

Gundlach Bundschu Mountain Cuvee

A Bordeaux-inspired blend for everyday life that’s soft, lush and smooth but never sweet. Dangerously easy-drinking, this Merlot and Cabernet-based red wine offers balance, food-friendly structure and approachability.

Domaine Le Capitaine Vouvray

The appellation of Vouvray in the Loire Valley is devoted to Chenin Blanc in all of its glory, producing wines from dry to lusciously sweet, still to sparkling. This beautiful Vouvray Méthode Traditionnelle is a stunning aperitif and dessert sparkler, from a small family run Domaine dedicated to all things Chenin Blanc.

Graham Beck Sparkling Rosé:

Made from the traditional Méthode Cap Classique base wines of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, its unique silver-pink hue is obtained by an enzymatic reaction during the transport of the Pinot Noir fruit to the cellar. The fine, lively mousse is brisk on the palate, showing hints of oyster shell, fresh lavender and subtle hints of berry and cherry.

Chateau D’Arvigny Haut-Medoc:

Fresh ripe meadow berries caress your tongue as gentle tannins and a slight acidity create the perfect balance. Showcasing a true Haut-Médoc style in the utmost elegance for an incredible good price. Given its gentle tannins yet fresh structure, this Haut-Médoc dream will sit perfectly alongside steak, chicken, lamb and works wonders when paired with harder cheeses. If elegant dining isn’t on the cards for the night, you’re in luck – this is the perfect accompaniment to a variety of barbecued dishes as well as that staple mid-week pizza (bonus points for pepperoni).

Bookcliff Boulder Star:

The lighted Flagstaff star is a well-loved tradition in Boulder. It was first lit for Christmas in 1947 and months later was converted into an Easter cross. The alternating holiday symbols survived for two decades amidst vandalism by alleged Communists, reconfiguration by competing universities and peace-loving hippies, and resident complaints about the oft-considered Christian symbols’ failure to separate church and state.

Eventually, the cross was nixed but the star remained, deemed to represent “a sense of community” by the Boulder City Council. In 1980, the star stayed on for months to remind residents of the Americans held hostage in Iran. And on March 23, 2020, the Boulder Chamber illuminated the star as a symbol of unity in confronting COVID-19. The city kept the star lit until the community could return to normal daily activities.

Every year, we work with a local artist to create artwork for a limited-edition wine with a “Boulder Star” label. Anne Gifford is our artist this year and we are thrilled with her creative take on this winery tradition. Not only is each year’s label new and different, but $1.50 from each bottle sold goes towards the star’s annual maintenance and electric bills.

Fattoria Il Palagio Chianti Poggio Vignoso

Fattoria Il Palagio wines are the fruit of experience and total devotion to the land and the vine. If you were to pick up a handful of soil from the vineyards you would find the classic Tuscan dusty, rich earth as well as seashells telling of the ancient history their vineyards hold. Il Palagio cultivates classic varietals like Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Vernaccia, as well as international varieties like Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. Their wines are a stunning value, each offering up balanced fruit, thoughtful and talented winemaking, and sumptuous, classic Tuscan flavors on the palate. Ruby red color with elegant scents of vanilla and toffee complimenting black cherries and earth.
