Stop by Friday 5-7 to meet Avery Rep Shawn and taste four world-class brews poured by Dutch.

1. Double Digit Hazy IPA-10% ABV Giant fruity hop overtones, and easy on the bitterness, Double Digit IPA is a juicy and hazy IPA first warm dry-hopped with Simcoe and Amarillo hops, then traditionally dry-hopped with all Mosaic hops to put it over the top. Our Brewing Director Fred couldn’t cut it as a butcher, but luckily found his calling with brewing and selecting amazing hops. We were ready to drink a juicy, hazy IPA in the double digits so Fred lent his skills (and partial hand) to create this Imperial IPA with an immense fruity hop load and low bitterness. To accomplish this feat, we first warm dry-hopped with Simcoe and Amarillo hops, and then traditionally dry-hopped with all Mosaic hops to put it over the top.

2. Little Rascal Session Belgian-Style White– Inspired by our love for our White Rascal (the beer and the trickster), our brewers got up to some shenanigans of their own. While playing around with variations on our perennial favorite, they stumbled upon Little Rascal. The addition of Citron Limon, Meyer lemon, and Lemondrop hops all make this session ale delightful and crushable year-round. Welcome to the lighter side of mischief!

3. Island Rascal Belgian-Style White w/ Passion Fruit– Inspired by our love for the tangy and bold passion fruit of Hawaii, Island Rascal combines the lusciousness of a Belgian-Style Wheat Ale with the juiciness and electric tingle of passion fruit. This golden explosion of fruity goodness is the perfect companion to breakfast, the beach, and of course BBQs!

4. Avery IPA– Avery IPA radiates with the crisp, floral, and resinous hoppiness of six different hop varieties, supported by a malty backbone and a dry finish. As the very first packaged IPA in the state of Colorado, this true Colorado IPA comes alive with a mountain of citrusy hops. At the time of its inception (1996), the India Pale Ale beer style was typically too bitter for many craft beer lovers, but that did not deter Adam Avery from brewing it. Oh how the times have changed, and for the better! We have honored the tradition of the original Avery India Pale Ale recipe with the continued use of 4 C hops, and have modernized it by dry-hopping with Idaho 7 and Simcoe hops. The result is a fresh and piney body with aromas of juicy citrus, all balanced by the subtle caramel sweetness of the malts. Hop Freaks Unite!
