1.5oz gin (we prefer purply Empress

.75oz fresh lemon juice

.5oz simple syrup (infused if possible)

Shake

save for last- sparkling wine (LaMarca Prosecco)

Champagne Flute

Garnish with lemon twist (use paring knife)
