Sierra Nevada Celebration $10.57
The start of Celebration season is a festive event. Once the first fresh hops arrive from harvest, the party begins! We first brewed Celebration in 1981, blazing the path for American-style IPAs and offering a new take on holiday beers, which are often spiced and sweet. Famous for its citrus and pine aromas, Celebration is bold and intense, featuring Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops-honoring everything we have at Sierra Nevada. “One of the true classics.” – Paste Magazine
New Belgium Accumulation White IPA 11.48
This winter, IBUs start accumulating like snow in Colorado with our new Accumulation White IPA. Brewing a white IPA was not only a way to salute the white beauty falling from the sky, but a direct revolt to the longstanding tradition of brewing dark beers for winter and winter seasonal beers. At least that’s what our rebellious brewers like to claim as they shovel in plenty of mosaic and Amarillo hop varietals and a bit of wheat for a smooth mouthfeel. Stack up a few cases of Accumulation White IPA to keep your long nights glowing blizzard white.
Deschutes Jubelale 10.11
An original since 1988, our winter ale has a warm spiciness and tradition grace this bold, complex winter ale. The deep garnet color pairs perfectly with holiday celebrations. This year, we partnered with Mark Rada, a local Bend artist, who created a piece of art that is full of character, just like Jubel Ale. Cozy up fireside with this festive winter ale full of spice notes and a robust malt character of toffee and dusted cocoa.
Ska Euphoria 9.65
A big backbone of malt-with plenty of caramel sweetness and just a touch of chocolate and toast-provides enough alcohol to stay warm through the winter months. But it’s the epic grapefruit hop aroma and flavor, provided by a huge dry hop addition at the end of fermentation, that really make this seasonal beer shine.
