Domain Cassan Rosé- Reg. $17.99 SALE $13.99

First up this week we have the Domaine de Cassan Rosé. A wonderfully refreshing rosé of Grenache, Cinsault, and Mourvedre, with a beautiful pale salmon color, pretty aromas of peach and apricot with a hint of lychee. White and yellow fruits show through on the palate with a healthy dose of saline minerals. Good weight but very refreshing with crisp, tart acidity. A great aperitif or with light foods such as white meats, Asian foods, fish in sauce, or just about anything else you want to eat as you start the new year!
Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc- Reg. $18.99 SALE $16.99

Up next we have the Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc, which has been a longtime store favorite. A classic example of a New Zealand Sauv Blanc, it pours light in the glass with unmistakable notes of grapefruit and grass. On the palate the wine is bursting with juicy acidity and fruit sweetness, providing a balanced flavor profile. The finish is fresh, zesty, and lingering. All these factors have resulted in the plethora of fruit flavors, crisp acidity, and complexity of this stunning wine. We have this set up in out “Wines with Appetizers” display! Come give it a try tonight!

Underwood Pinot Noir- Reg. $14.99 SALE $11.99

Third up for the night we have the Underwood Pinot Noir. Good Pinot Noir at a great price point is a hard thing to come across. We always have had a few nice Pinots that exceed expectations, but not like this Underwood. It Rocks!

87 POINTS & BEST BUY Underwood is fast-becoming one of Oregon’s best values in Pinot Noir. Light and pretty raspberry fruit gains mass and flavor interest with well-integrated veins of stem and earth. It’s nicely balanced and true.

La Posta Pizzella- Reg. $16.99 SALE $12.99

For the last wine of the night we have the La Posta

Pizzella Malbec, a previous entry in Malbec Madness. Bright ruby-red in color with dark fruits, chocolate, roasted herbs and licorice on the nose, this Malbec shows immediate depth and character. Strong and seamless on the palate but without becoming overpowering as some more modern styled wines tend to do. This refined and smooth wine finishes with serious broad tannins and very good length as it leaves your palate. This is a great wine for the colder weather, or for just about anything! Come give it a try!
