Quite Swell Odell

“Experimentation leads to innovation: At Odell we only hire the most ardent of beer lovers. People so passionate about beer that they truly believe the next batch and the next innovation can always be better than the last. So we make sure to give them a proper place to play. A brewery within a brewery where anyone can tinker, test and experiment their way to new beer horizons. Then we share our new creations with you by making them available in our taproom.”

Come say hello and see why Odell is one of our Staff favorites. Our Thirsty Thursday tasting kicks off at 5 and ends promptly at 7. Cheers!

Sunny Rain Golden Tart
Common to the high elevations of the Rocky Mountains, Sunny Rain is the unexpected shower from a cloudless sky. In that juxtaposition, we found inspiration. For this limited release, we introduced bright hop aroma to balance a tart citrus-like character. It’s as unlikely as rain on a clear summer day and it makes for a surprising, yet very drinkable beer.
Drumroll APA
Drumroll is an unfiltered American Pale Ale. A bold, juicy, citrus-inspired and tropically hop forward APA that looks and tastes like pineapple, orange, mango, and grapefruit. The complex fruit character is the result of the careful combination of our favorite current crop year hops with no fruit or juice addition necessary.
Rupture Fresh Grind Ale
Rupture was born out of our obsession with getting the most out of each and every hop. In fact, we built a machine in our brewery to incorporate a unique fresh grind process. By grinding the whole hop we “rupture” the lupulin inside – releasing the oils that give the beer its flavor. And what we grind that day we use that day. Leaving you a beer that’s fresh, aromatic, with a bright hoppy character.
90 Shilling Ale
90 Shilling is our smooth and complex flagship beer. A medium-bodied amber ale with a distinct burnished copper color and a deeply pleasant aroma. The name 90 Shilling comes from the Scottish method of taxing beer. Only the highest quality beers were taxed 90 Shillings. We think you’ll find this original ale brilliantly refreshing, and worth every Shilling.
