The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-April. The grapes are cold macerated prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Natural malolactic fermentation follows. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, with an additional 12 months bottle aging prior to release.
Trivento Golden Reserve Malbec is purple red with deep violet tones. It has a bouquet of berry fruits, plum jam, coffee and tobacco notes. The wine is elegant and powerful on the palate with velvety tannins.
Enjoy with steaks, roasts, pasta dishes with robust sauces, and cheeses

Dark, dark brown with a soft, dark tan blanket.
Smell is loads of chocolate milk, with bourbon maple syrup, oak, and the coffee bringing an abundance of complexity, like raisin, roasted nuts, molasses, and burnt caramel.
Taste is nutty, smooth chocolate and oak, dry cedar-like wood, molasses, raisin, vanilla and that coffee bringing in loads of complexity on the palate, with a finish that is a super tasty, almost toasty butterscotch. Complexity multiplies as it warms.
Full body, smooth, a little frothy, a slight sting, finishing sticky but semi-dry.
Kern is made from the best Irish malts and grains. The whiskey is distilled in pot stills, blended, and then aged in American oak for 3 to 5 years.
Tasting Notes: A good balance of sweet and dry providing a framework for flavors to emerge. Well structured with honey notes handing from the nose.
Sweet, rich, mellow with soft spices at the end.
Nothing says St. Patty’s Day more than Irish Whiskey!
