Ruffino “Lumina” Pinot Grigio- Reg. $12.49 SALE $10.49
A store favorite, the Ruffino Pinot Grigio is proof you don’t have to spend a lot of money to get good wine. It has a great nose full of fresh light fruit notes, a hint of sage and mint, and the typical minerality Pinot Grigio often exhibits.  Medium-bodied, it still maintains its lively nose while still having structure. Lemon peel on the palate gives into a lingering finish with a touch of minerality. We have this set up in our appetizer display but, in keeping with the theme of leftovers, it’s another great wine to pair with salads or light pastas.

Nebla Verdejo- Reg. $10.99 SALE $9.99
Up next we have the Nebla Verdejo from Vincenti Bodegas, our featured winery! A wonderful wine for warm weather (which I hear is coming soon) this bottle is delicious without being expensive. Floral aromas with citrus, apple, peach, green herbs, vanilla and mineral hit the nose as soon and the wine hits the glass. On the palate there is more of the same, with some lovely fruit and more of the minerality pulling it all together. The finish is crisp and bright and rounds out the wine nicely. We loved this wine the moment we tried it, and we think you will too!

Bonny Doon “Vin Gris de Cigare” Rosé
– Reg. $18.99 SALE $13.99

Third up for the evening we have the Bonny Doon Rosé, or as it’s better known around South Boulder: the “Alien Rosé.” Nothing screams summer as much as this beautiful wine. Grenache and Mourvèdre dominate the blend at 62% and 17% respectively, with 9 percent Roussanne and 6 percent each of Grenache Blanc and Cinsault. Its aromas and flavors suggest berries, melon, and blossom. The wine is dry and fairly full-bodied, with rich, oily-like texture that contrasts with a backbone of crisp acidity. The clean, long finish adds mineral notes to the flavor mix. A true store favorite, if you haven’t tried it, now is the time!

Klinkerbrick “Farrah” Syrah- Reg. $19.99 SALE $17.99

Last up for the evening we have the Klinkerbrick “Farrah” Syrah, another store favorite. It’s easy to see why, as this Syrah expresses blackberry, currant and plum on the nose with hints of smoky oak, spice and pepper. On the palate, this delicious wine has balanced flavors of berries, dark chocolate, coffee and anise wrapped in a smooth texture. Present tannins lend structure to this full-bodied wine, with a long, lingering finish. A wonderful wine to pair with grilled foods or just drink it by itself on the porch. A wine this good doesn’t need an excuse to be opened and enjoyed!
