Moet and Chandon Brut- Reg. $54.99 SALE $46.99
To start off our “wines with chocolate” tasting we have the wonderful Moet and Chandon Imperial Brut. Golden straw color with highlights of green, this champagne is a beauty. The nose is vibrant and full with aromas of green apple and citrus, followed by minerality and warm bready notes. The palate starts with citrus and white fruits complimented by fine bubbles. The wine finishes crisply with a hint of nutty flavors. The perfect wine to pair with chocolate, or if you are like us, pair it with just about anything. Also! Check your e-deals for an even better price on this awesome champagne.

Acentor Garnacha – Reg. $13.99 SALE $11.99
Up next we have the Acentor Garnacha. This Garnacha gets its complexity from old vines, which yield smaller, more concentrated fruit, and a colder climate, which develops tannins in the grapes. The nose is awesome; there’s a spicy, lightly peppery edge to this Garnacha’s bright, plummy aromas. In the mouth it’s juicy and energetic, with bright raspberry and blueberry fruit edged in notes of spice, violets and orange peel. Another great bottle to pair with chocolate, this wine also just received 90 points from Stephen Tanzar’s International Wine Cellar and can be found in our “90 point wines for under $20” display.

Summers Cabernet – Reg. $32.99 SALE $27.99
Another cab we had at our “Napa Cab” tasting back in November, this wine sure “wowed” us. A deep purple color this wine exudes craftsmanship and complexity. The nose is full of dark fruit followed by herbal spices and light hints of espresso. On the palate it’s bursting with blackberry and currant before leading into subtle smoky and chocolate notes. The grapes for this wine all came from Calistoga, a region of Napa Valley. This bottle is sure to be a hit for Valentine’s Day dinner, and whatever is left will go perfect with chocolate for dessert! (Maybe buy two just to be sure there is some left after dinner)

1000 Stories Zinfandel – Reg. $20.99 SALE $15.99
Last up we have a bit of a different style of wine, namely that this zin has been aged in Bourbon barrels. The wine has a deep, rich purple color. An intense raspberry fruit is on the nose, with black pepper spice and a touch of cloves and dried herbs. The palate is full with ripe tannins, big black and red fruits, followed by an array of spices. The wine finishes with a touch of warmth that lingers on and on, very much like bourbon. While it may not be the most traditional wine, it received 91 points from Wine Enthusiast and it’s easy to see why. All that aside, this wine is another awesome one to pair with chocolate and one you won’t want to miss trying!

New Arrival
alma

Alma Rosa Chardonnay is a beautifully-balanced Santa Barbara Chardonnay. It is made by Sanford Winery, a winery most known for its Pinot Noir and for its role in the movie Sideways. This is a relatively unknown, delicious wine with a touch of oak and butter. Look for this hidden gem in our California Chardonnay display.
